A favorite amongst professional make-up artists, this pencil adds a soft, satiny glow to eyes, lips or cheeks. The creamy texture applies soft and smooth and is easy to blend.

Directions

Apply directly beneath the eyebrow and along the brow bone before blending with your finger. After sharpening, use as a liner under the eye and inside the water line to brighten. Try it over your favorite eye shadow for a glossy, slick look. Go flirty by using it over lipstick, or add radiance to the skin by applying it along the cheekbone.
