Blinc Eye Shadow Phase One is the original one eye shadow base invented to keep your shadow on as long as you want, while providing your skin with anti-aging benefits.

It conceals and fills existing fine lines, smooths the eye lid for easy application than your eye shadow. Blinc Eye Shadow Phase helps to keep eyeshadow in place all day without blurring or folds in folds around the eyelid. Contains anti-aging ingredients clinical studies have shown to reduce fine lines and improve skin moisture.

Directions

Apply to clean dry skin. Wipe the applicator on the edge of the tube to not get too much paint. Apply the color on the lid and smooth with your finger. When the eye shadow base is dry, any eye shadow is applied. The base is removed with a gentle makeup remover.
