Directions

Face and Body: apply after bath or shower, massaging gently to aid absorption.
Hair: For daily use apply in small quantities to dry or damp hair, either from the roots to the ends or on the ends only. For an intensive treatment, it may also be used in larger quantities as a nourishing mask, leaving it on the hair for 10-15 minutes before shampooing.
