Regular 22% is suitable for those who want to whiten your teeth several levels. With this splint and gel whitens your teeth step by step, until you reach the desired result. Most people see a significant change after a few treatments.

Directions

How to shape the mouth trays.

Dip the mouth tray in a bowl of hot water for 5-10 seconds.
Shake off the water. Put the mouth tray on your teeth and press gently with your fingers around the plastic. The mouth tray solidifies and moulds to your teeth.
Repeat the procedure with the other mouth tray. Now you're done!

Applying the whitening gel and starting the treatment.

Brush your teeth! The whitening gel will have best effect on clean teeth.
Apply a small amount of gel in the front of the mouth tray.
Have the mouth trays on for 30-60 minutes with the 22% - gel and 1-4 hours with the 16% - gel (can easily be performed while sleeping).
