Directions
Apply sparingly to dried and styled hair. Lightly coat fingertips with balm, then rub into palms to soften.For tousled texture & extra lift: "Rake" fingers upward through under-sections of hair. Tousle hair lightly with fingers to separate and add shimmering accents.
