Usage

• Step 1: Eyes, Massage by pressing firmly and moving slowly outwards to the temples.

• Step 2: Eyes, Pinch the skin several times above and below the eyes.

• Step 3: Cheeks and Mouth, Massage firmly in a lifting motion towards the ears.

• Step 4: Cheeks and Mouth, Pinch the skin several times at the top of cheeks, centre of cheeks, and sides of mouth.

• Step 5: Face Line, Press several times along the lymph glands behind the face line and then stroke the neck gently from the top moving downwards.
