Nouba Millebaci

Extraordinary liquid lip colour with kiss proof formula and fine silky texture. Apply a first coat of this liquid lip colour, wait until the colour is dry and repeat it if you wish to obtain a deeper and durable well defined colour effect. It leaves the lips supple, kissproof and it doesn’t feel sticky. The colour keeps perfectly on the lips for many hours even if you only apply one fine coat of this product. It does not smudge. It is not sticky. It is kiss proof. It does not creat thickness on the lips.
