This self-sharpening, waterproof and smudge-resistant eye colour comes with a perfect smudge-tip applicator for blending and creating dramatic, smoky eyes. Wear all day without any creasing or fading, even when it is wet.

Directions
Turn the barrel gradually to expose only the amount of product necessary. Apply pencil with short strokes, starting from the inner eye and working toward the corners for a long-lasting effect. Beauti- ful above and below the lashes. To achieve a smoky effect, lightly smudge pencil strokes to reveal a softer, more sultry finish. Be sure to keep cover on when not in use to avoid drying your pencil out.
