Wrong or faulty product

To claim that a product is faulty or damaged you should contact Eleven.se as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after arrival date. You should always check the package to verify that the product hasn't been damaged during transportation. If the claim is received after 14 days of arrival, Eleven.se has the right to deny return or exchange.

Returns

Send an e-mail to rma@eleven.se and describe the problem as thoroughly as possible. You will then receive a return number upon approval of you return request along with the address where you should send the return to. The return number shall be visible on the package that you send back to us.

Damage during shipping

If your package have been damaged during shipping, please contact your local postoffice to fill out a damage form. Please contact our Customer support in case you need assistance in the procedure.

Canceling / Modifying your order

If you want to cancel or modify your order, immediately contact us at 11@eleven.
