Directions
- Remove all make-up and cleanse skin.
- Shake bottle vigorously before use.
- In a crescent shape motion apply one to three strokes to form a thin layer under the eye.
- Once applied look straight ahead and try not to make and facial movements such as smiling or talking for at least 2-3 minutes.
