Terms of purchase
If you are under 18 years of age you have to have permission by your guardian before ordering from us. All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police.
How do I pay?

- Within Sweden
Orders which we have received before 1.00 pm will be sent from us the same day (weekdays) and delivered usually the next coming weekday. We deliver the products as post package which means that you have full insurance and a traceable package number on your delivery.
- Outside Sweden
We deliver to all countries within Europe. The delivery time is about 4-7 days depending on which country. Your order will be sent with Posten Sverige (the Swedish post office administration) and you will get a traceable package number sent to your e-mail
- Not collected packages
It is up to the customer to leave a valid and correct delivery address. If Eleven.se gets a package in return depending on an incorrect address or that the package not has been collected at the post office, it is up to the customer to pay new freight cost. Eleven.se will e-mail to the customer when the package returns and will be awaiting the answer from the customer. For cash-on-delivery which not have been collected we will charge a fee of 300 SEK to cover the costs arisen for handling and administration. We transfer our invoices to Klarna AB.
All prices at Eleven.se is stated in Swedish crowns. As a standard, all prices (unless else is specified) includes 25% VAT. If you are logged in as a company customer, the prices excludes VAT.
- Within Sweden
Our standard freight cost is 49 SEK which gives you a quick delivery (usually the day after), traceable package number and full insurance on your order if something should happen on the way to you. It is only when you click on finish order that your order gets registered with us. You will get your order delivered without freight cost if the order value is over 600 SEK.
- Outside Sweden
Our standard freight cost is 145 SEK within Europe. You will get a traceable tracking number on your order so you can follow your order during delivery and have a full insurance if anything should happen with the package on its way to you. Your order is delivered without freight cost if the order value is over 1 000 SEK (VAT included).
The e-mail confirmation which you receive when you place your order is valid as a receipt and certificate of guarantee. If you wish a paper receipt we ask you to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will of course arrange this for you. If you not have received your order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that you have given the correct e-mail address and mail to us, and then we will send you the confirmation.

. Returns made to Eleven.se which is missing RMA number will be returned to the sender without measure and we will debit for the freight cost.
We treat all personal data which you state to us, according to the law of personal data (PUL 1998:204). We guarantee that no data about you will be sold or used for commercial circulars from third part, but only will be of internal use at Eleven.se. Your e-mail address will be used for order confirmation and for other information about your order. We reserve us the right, in some cases, to make advertising circulars to your e-mail address if you not have declared that you don't want them. Guarantee & instructions
Guarantees on the products is given by the respective manufacturer. Eleven.se do not give any further guarantees in addition to the one specified by the manufacturer. If you feel the least uncertain about the guarantee or the instructions enclosed to the product, please contact us before use so we can help you. We can not be responsible for eventual over sensitivity to ingredients in a product, so if you are uncertain about what the product contains, contact our customer service before ordering.
The consumers (persons) right to regret a purchase at distance agreements
We follow the recommendations of the Konsumentverket for e-trade. A consumer has on her side a law of consumer's protection at distance agreements etc. It states that, in some cases, the consumer has the right to regret a purchase by sending a message of this within 14 days from the day the product or the essential part of the product was received.
The right to regret a purchase is not valid when it concerns products where the sealing has been broken. It is only valid if the product is still in its original package in unchanged state and not used. The right to regret a purchase is not valid for companies or for hygiene products.
Fact- and price information is given with reservation for printing mistakes, price changes from suppliers, incorrect given technical specifications etc and sell-outs. The information which is given hereby is not constituting any promises about usage, adequacy, guarantee etc other than where is so clearly mentioned. Eleven.se reserves the right to changing all information without preceding notification.
