Apply eye shadow base-Too Faced’s brand new Shadow Insurance is perfect!
Begin applying Galaxy Glam close to the root of your eyelashes, then gradually blend up to your lid and crease.
The key to a sexy, smoky eye is more depth at the lash line and seeing the color smoke up to the crease!
To intensify Galaxy Glam, try applying the shadow with a damp brush, then line using Liquif-eye.
